"Nobody likes to see managers get fined because it's a difficult job," said SAF. "But the thing that amazes me is he never turned up. He asked for a personal hearing but never turned up and I bet that the FA were tickled pink about that."

"When managers get fined it's usually because of their emotions during a game or their displeasure at a decision and that is understandable because managers are really under pressure. But that doesn't cover what he was up for. I don't know what more to say about it but I think it tells you what you're dealing with."
