Gary Neville has labelled Ruben Amorim’s refusal to start Kobbie Mainoo as the "worst decision" of his ill-fated Manchester United tenure.
Mainoo did not start a single league game under Amorim but has become a mainstay under Michael Carrick.
Neville argued that Amorim’s failure to utilise the academy graduate contributed heavily to his sacking in January, noting that Mainoo’s recent form is now a primary reason for United's resurgence into the top four.
